Monday             6.30pm - 8.00pm 

Thursday am    9.30am - 11.00am

Classes run over 10 weeks in line with school terms.

Term 4    10 Oct to 17 Dec 2026

 

​Private sessions and corporate classes arranged on request.

 

What to expect?

  • A friendly yoga teacher who is a registered Dru Yoga Teacher.

  • Warm up session to prepare the body.

  • An Energy Block Release sequence unique to Dru Yoga to detoxify you at every level.

  • Classic yoga postures.

  • Flowing sequences to improve physical strength, provide mental clarity and emotional balance.

  • A relaxation to allow you to deeply relax and heal all layers of the body energy system.

 

What to bring?

  • A yoga mat if you have one else we can provide you with a mat.

  • Drinking water.

  • Wear loose comfortable clothing.

 

Prices

      10- week term fee for 1.5 hour weekly face to face class $230

      Casual rate face to face 1.5 hour class $28/class

      Online $10/class

      Attend two classes per week for a term $360

      Unlimited classes per term $540

By joining in a Dru yoga online class you agree to the following:

  • We provide a nurturing and safe practice with general guidelines for the practice, each class is thoughtfully planned, but no responsibility will be taken for any injuries you may incur during this practice.

  • Consult your doctor if you have any pre-existing medical conditions and check if yoga is suitable for you.

  • It is essential that you retain full responsibility for your own physical and general well-being in applying instructions in this guided program to your own circumstances.

  • The golden rule is 'if it doesn't feel right then don't do it'. We encourage you to stop when you need to. Feel free to ask for assistance after the class. We are here to help you get the most from your practice. 

  • Canberra Yoga Centre will not accept liability for any injury or otherwise from your participation in this program. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort you agree to listen to your body, adjust the posture or stop all together. You affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice yoga. 

  • Take care of yourself and reap the benefits of Dru yoga. Practice deepening your awareness and understanding  your body and your self.
